You can choose single apartments, couple apartments, roommates and flatmates apartments . All the apartments are equipped with new Electra electrical appliances and include air conditioning in every room, TV, wireless internet, fridge, microwave, electric cookers and electric kettle. In addition, the rooms are fully furnished and include: bed, desk,wardrobe, student chair and library in all the rooms.

Where are the dormitories located?
There are two complexes.
The Ilanot complex-located in the heart of the university close to road number 4.
100 Park-The new comlex the composed of a huge park and two round buildings close to engineering, education and psychology buildings, on Jabotinsky road.
What is the rental period?
The rental period starts on October 9, 2024, and ends on September 26, 2025. Payment is required for a full 12-month period.
How many people live in apartment?
There are different types of apartments for 1, 2 ,3 or 4 people.
What does the rental price include?
The price include the monthly rental price, use of the shared areas, and cable TV service in the rooms.
The price is paid monthly and changes according to the apartment type
and will be added to it Index linkage differentials and related payments such as water and electricity (according to consumption) and Internet.
The engagement is subject to the required agreements and registration certificates.
Additional sevices:
Laundry service 9 Nis Per single use of the machine
The monthly internet fee is 27 NIS plus VAT.
